Ex-Real chief: Jose has failed

Jose Mourinho
LEAVING THE CALDERON ... Jose Mourinho is heading back to Chelsea this summer

REAL MADRID will be glad to see the back of Jose Mourinho, says former president Ramon Calderon.

The Special One is heading back to the Premier League with Chelsea after three years with the Spanish giants.
On Monday, Real’s current president Florentino Perez announced Mourinho would leave at the end of the season.
But Calderon, who was in charge between 2006 and 2009, believes his time at the Bernabeu will be seen as a disaster.
Speaking on Sky Sports’ Revista De La Liga, he said: “Of course he has been a failure.
“It is the worst record of any Real Madrid manager who has had three years or more there.
“I insist that it is not only that reasons. I think you can be unsuccessful at a club for many reasons.
“What I really don’t like and what many followers of Real Madrid don’t like is the way he has behaved.
“I don’t know what he did in England but his behaviour in Spain wasn’t compatible with Real Madrid’s history.
